 1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
      
To keep prices down and increase selection, we make all orders when they are
       received. Orders should be shipped within five business days from receipt of
       payment, though most are shipped in one to three days.  Because our items are
       handmade by Elizabeth, occassionally an order may be delayed.  We will contact
       you in this event.   

2. What are Elizapet’s shipping charges?
      
Elizapets uses The United States Postal Service for all shipping.
       All items are shipped First Class Mail using the rates below.
       International orders may require an extra shipping charge.  In this event we will
               contact you.
       Items may be shipped Priority or Express Mail for an extra shipping charge. Contact
               us at info@elizapets.com to arrange this.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?
      
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal!
       If you are not satisfied with a product, Elizapets will refund or exchange any unused
          
   item. Just send the item back to us along with a note or email.
       Customers are responsible for extra shipping charges incurred when exchanging an item.
       Custom made items are non-refundable.    

4. How can I get a custom made item?
      
To request a custom made item, simply fill out our custom made form.  We will
       email you to let you know if we can make your item, what the price will be, and
       payment instructions.  We can also custom tailor most of our items to fit your pet.

5. How does PayPal work?
      
Elizapets uses PayPal to do our shopping cart and payment processing. When you
       purchase items from us using PayPal, you may use your credit card or checking account
       to pay for these items on-line. Transactions done via PayPal are secure. There is no
       charge to you for using Paypal. You will initially have to set up an account with Paypal,
       but that is very easy. It is just like filling out your credit card information on any other web
       site that you purchase something from. PayPal also has what they call a “Buyer
       Protection Gaurantee”.  Click here to learn more.

6. Do I have to order on-line?
      
No, you can also order by mail.  Just print out our Mail Order Form, fill in the
       blanks, and send it to us along with your check or money order.  Sorry, we do not
       accept orders over the phone.  Its not that we don’t want to talk to you, its just
       that we wouldn’t have any way of accepting payments over the phone.

7. What types of payments can I use?
      
Through PayPal you can use any major credit card or your checking account.  If
       you are not comfortable paying on-line, we also accept checks and money orders
       through the mail.

8. Can I get a catalog mailed to me?
      
Sorry, but we do not have printed catalogs.  We are constantly working to
       improve our products and add to our selection, so a catalog would be out of date
       before you would receive it.

9. Does Elizapets carry official sports merchandise?
       At this time we do not.  It takes special licensing to create items with official
       team logos for re-sale.  What we can do is make an item in a team’s colors and
       then you can add the logo with a patch or by getting it screened on.  We can also
       make an item for you out of licensed fabric that you purchase and send to us.   

10. Does Elizapets sell wholesale?
      
We are happy to sell bandanas and collar covers wholesale to businesses and
       charities.  Just contact us at info@elizapets.com for prices.
